Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our market-rate workforce housing properties in Florida. The role focuses on completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities include inspections, preparing vacant units, managing supplies, and contributing to cost-saving efforts while coordinating with residents, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with vendors.
• Must have EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver''s license.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Assist in grounds upkeep.
• Support cost-cutting efforts.
• Participate in safety protocols and rotate on-call schedule.
