You will perform routine preventive maintenance, complete work orders, inspect units, manage supplies, and support grounds upkeep.

This full-time role requires weekend, evening, and morning availability on a rotating on-call schedule, plus the ability to read blueprints and operate hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
