Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Rohnert Park to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds and amenities to Greystar standards of cleanliness, safety and operation.

You will complete work orders, perform make-ready tasks for vacant units, manage inventory, and assist with safety compliance. The schedule is 8:30am–5:30pm with on-call duties; requires 3–5 years of experience and EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to complete work orders and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Performs the make-ready process for vacant units.
• Tracks materials and inventory, returns unused items.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
