Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience is highly desired.
• Hands-on maintenance skills: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly desired; CPO is a plus.
• Availability to be on-call to address emergencies.
• Reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude and the desire to learn and develop your skills.
• Superior customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge: Windows, Word, Excel, email/internet.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service with every interaction and high-quality maintenance service.
• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Make-ready process for vacant homes: inspections, punch list, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; clean and paint as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Follow safety policies and report incidents promptly.
• Monitor inventory and re-order as needed.
• Adhere to Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA, and other regulations.
