Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and prepare homes for new residents.
• Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation.
