Job summary

Indigo Real Estate in Seattle is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who is organized, energetic, and dedicated to customer service to oversee daily maintenance operations. As part of the team you will respond to work orders, perform preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Weekend and holiday on-call work may be required, ensuring safe and comfortable living spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness; coordinate with outside contractors.
• Perform after-hours emergency maintenance as required.
