Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers to sustain a clean, hazard-free living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, basic repairs, and ensuring quality customer service as part of the maintenance team. This is an on-site position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance through training or experience.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver’s license and insurance).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete.
• Performs repairs on the property, including painting, basic carpentry or wall repair, plumbing, and electrical.
• Cleans apartments during turnover process, as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
