RHF Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our Seattle team. You will maintain residential properties, ensuring building systems operate reliably and residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components; responding to requests, preparing units for turnover, and upholding safety standards. The role is full-time with on-call duties and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of building maintenance experience in a residential setting.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills preferred but not required.
• EPA and HVAC certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including after-hours calls.
• Implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants through cleaning, painting, and repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and building codes.
• Maintain exterior grounds and general upkeep.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent resident service and address concerns professionally.
