Job summary

Greystar seeks a Service Technician for The Vinoy at Innovation Park in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making units ready for leasing, inventory management, and maintaining property grounds. EPA refrigerant certifications are required, and a valid driver’s license is needed for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications may apply for all Service Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to meet standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Access materials from maintenance department and manage inventory.
• Document and track service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA safety requirements.
• Periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality.
