PeakMade Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold and improve the value of our apartment communities. You’ll handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and safety programs while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate has a year of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with PeakMade perks included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year maintenance experience preferred, apartment setting a plus.
• EPA Type I and II certification preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Ability to work rotating on-call schedule and varied hours.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance tasks to maintain and enhance apartment community value.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly and thoroughly.
• Assist with maintenance supervisor on inventory, safety, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and accurate records.
• Assist with move-in/move-out, turn events, and seasonal upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Support curb appeal and overall property conditions.
