Avenue5 Residential in Glendale, AZ is seeking a maintenance technician to perform a variety of apartment and property maintenance duties under supervision, while upholding the highest standards of customer service and property appearance.

You will repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and perform preventative tasks, inspect grounds for safety, assist with emergencies, and communicate with maintenance leadership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Maintain and repair appliances, flooring, doors, windows, and fixtures.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on building systems.
• Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect property grounds for safety, cleanliness, and repairs.
• Respond to property emergencies and on-call requests.
