Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to safety standards and code requirements.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracks usage, and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Assists in groundskeeping and upkeep of amenities, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible and using tools properly.
