The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance tasks, maintaining the grounds, and providing excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Basic computer or mobile-app skills for work orders, timekeeping, and training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep apartments move-in ready.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through mowing and seasonal snow/ice removal.
• Complete work orders promptly and communicate with the office team.
• Follow all safety and property standards for quality and compliance.
