Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in multifamily or construction site management.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and manage a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine resident service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Handle emergency maintenance and tool/equipment maintenance.
• Snow removal and on-call for emergencies.
