Grounds, common areas and offices fall under your care, with occasional after-hours calls expected. Two+ years of apartment maintenance, knowledge across trades, reliable transport, and a customer-service mindset are required.

NOVO Broadway in Tempe is looking for a Maintenance Technician who can carry real weight across the full scope of day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Actually Do

The work here covers the full cycle of apartment maintenance. You’ll handle service requests across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, perform appliance repairs, paint, and manage turns from punch list to completion. Grounds, common areas, and offices also fall under your care. On-call rotation is part of the job, which means occasional after-hours calls are a real expectation, not a footnote.

Turns are where a technician’s skills become especially visible. A tight make-ready process directly affects occupancy, and a tech who can move efficiently through a unit while keeping quality high is genuinely valuable to any site team.
