MG Properties in Chandler, AZ, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 2150 Apartments. The role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general trades, with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work in a team.

You will handle grounds and common areas, service requests, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call rotations. The company offers robust benefits, an on-site workplace, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
