Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 2150 Apartments in Chandler, AZ. The ideal candidate will handle multiple trades and deliver strong customer service while maintaining common areas, apartments, and building systems.

Responsibilities include completing service requests, appliance repairs, painting, cleaning, turnovers, and on-call responses. Prior apartment maintenance on 200+ unit properties is preferred; audio recording consent may be required

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
