MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at NOVO Broadway in Tempe, AZ. The role involves performing maintenance across grounds, offices, and common areas, handling appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and on-call duties with a strong sense of customer service.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades, plus reliable transportation and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!
