Job summary

Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage daily maintenance across My Salon Suite locations. You will troubleshoot, coordinate vendors, and ensure locations stay safe, clean, and lease-ready.

You will work with district managers and field teams, perform routine and preventive maintenance, and handle after-hours emergencies as needed across multiple Maryland and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons, retail, commercial properties, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, doors and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance tickets from initial request to completion, including troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate daily upkeep, brand standards, and location readiness with district managers.
• Maintain maintenance schedules within budgets and deadlines.
