Avenue5 Residential in Phoenix is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor and property manager. You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds, while maintaining safety standards and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a wide range of apartment and property maintenance duties.
• Perform repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Carry out carpentry tasks such as wallboard, countertops, doors, windows, and tile repairs.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to meet standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
• Promote safety compliance and participate in on-call schedules.
• Interact professionally with residents and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
