Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for its Cary, NC property. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair building components to meet Greystar standards. The role involves handling resident requests and ensuring safe, clean, and functional common areas.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing make-ready units, and coordinating with vendors. It requires EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license, with on-call flexibility for evenings

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance and repair skills on residential properties.
• Experience with HVAC or refrigerant systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and perform punch lists.
• Manage materials and inventory for maintenance tasks.
