Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1, II, or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications may be required as applicable to the property.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders from residents and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Track materials and inventory; notify supervisor when re-orders are needed.
