Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the property, including systems, grounds, and amenities. Responsibilities cover diagnosing and repairing equipment, completing make-ready tasks for vacants, and maintaining documentation for service requests.

Requirements include EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation, with state/local certifications as applicable.

Competenze

• EPA certification Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• All state/local certification requirements must be met.

Mansioni

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and codes.
• Executes the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
• Obtains materials and tools from maintenance, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Completes documentation promptly to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning, painting curbs/signage, and assists in cost-control by conserving materials.
