Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate on property.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair and plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor management and order materials as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
