Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

You will handle work orders, make-readies, inventory, and documentation, while supporting cost-control and safety programs. Must have EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license.

This role requires physical stamina, flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to operate tools and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• State/local certifications as applicable to service technicians.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials from the maintenance department and track usage.
• Document service requests clearly for accurate tracking.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, assist in cost-control by using parts wisely.
