Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep units market ready. Under the supervision of the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and assist with building and common areas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of maintenance experience, and strong English communication. EPA/CPO is preferred but not required. Some weekends and after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
