Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our communities. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units up to market-ready condition in line with Peak Living standards and assist with unit turnovers and routine tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications are preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair basics.
• Strong communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
