Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical upkeep of the property, grounds, and amenities meet company standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-readies for new move-ins in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal), state/local licenses as applicable, and a valid driver’s license for golf-cart operations on property.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigeration certifications Type 1 & II or Universal required.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per safety codes.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, access materials, and notify supervisor when re-ordering.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist grounds upkeep, cleaning, and basic painting as required.
• Support cost-saving by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
