Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform make-ready maintenance, handle work orders, and assist with building and common area upkeep.

We value candidates with at least 1 year in property maintenance, English communication skills, and a basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. EPA and CPO are preferred but not required; we offer PTO, holidays, health plans, and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA certification and/or CPO preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
