Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings and common areas meet safety and cleanliness standards. The role involves diagnosing defects, completing work orders, and maintaining grounds.

You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinate with vendors, and keep accurate documentation. This on-site position requires adherence to safety protocols, proper tool use, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, and inspecting work.
