Timberland Partners Inc in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 264-unit community. You will handle general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to provide residents with a stellar living experience.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, preserving curb appeal, addressing safety issues, executing make-readies, and rotating on-call support. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience (residential preferred).
• EPA universal license for HVAC preferred.
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations."
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and major appliances.
• Experience with turnover “make-readies.”
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas to high quality standards.
• Identify and resolve safety or upkeep issues to protect residents and the property.
• Execute seamless make-readies, repairs, and final checks for flawless move-ins.
• Provide on-call emergency support on a rotating schedule.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, colleagues, and the community.
