Timberland Partners’ Legacy Village in Springfield, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to own general upkeep, unit turns, and preventative maintenance for a 212-unit community. You’ll help create an outstanding living experience for residents and support safety and quality standards.

Schedule: Mon–Fri 8AM–5PM with rotating on-call; Pay range $25–$27/hr plus quarterly bonuses based on performance and service.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience (residential preferred).
• EPA universal license for HVAC required (must obtain within 90 days if not certified).
• CPO license preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver timely, high-quality results for resident work requests and day-to-day community maintenance needs.
• Take pride in curb appeal by keeping grounds, amenities, and common areas above quality standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents.
• Identify and resolve potential safety or upkeep issues, protecting the property and its residents.
• Execute make-readies, repairs, and final checks so new residents move into a flawless home on day one.
• Provide reliable emergency support on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Champion a culture of safety by following all industry procedures.
