Job summary

South Oxford Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold building maintenance, safety, and resident service standards at our Texas communities. The role includes performing routine and preventive work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will diagnose faults, carry out preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification preferred; strong HVAC knowledge expected.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Address on-site work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance tasks.
• Diagnostics, repairs, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and market readiness of units.
• Respond to resident requests with a customer-first approach; participate in on-call rotation.
