Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. Under the direction of the Service Manager, you will bring units to market-ready condition in line with Peak Living standards.

Hours vary by community and may include weekends and after-hours emergencies. The role requires 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management, basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing/appliance repair, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience in property management.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair is expected.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
