Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Waterline, a 243-unit mid-rise in Portland, Oregon. You will handle technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functional.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Knowledgeable in safe use of hand and power tools.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly (appliances included).
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins with make-ready.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
