CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance the integrity of our community while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining safety standards.

The role involves make-ready apartments, completing service requests, and participating in preventative maintenance and resident satisfaction programs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications, with a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
• Own basic set of hand tools required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work weekends and emergencies as required.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
