CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves preparing make-ready apartments, completing service requests, and performing common area maintenance, all while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, necessary certifications, and the ability to interact effectively with residents and team members. A valid driver's license and a basic set of hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Applicable certifications: EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Participate in resident satisfaction programs.
