Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance community integrity and maintain high-level customer service. This role involves preparation of make-ready apartments, managing service requests, and performing common area maintenance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, hold relevant certifications, and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade.
• Applicable certifications including EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO are required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments.
• Complete service requests.
• Perform common area maintenance.
• Participate in preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with customers and team members.
