Rosewood Park Apartments is seeking a qualified full-time Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day property maintenance and upkeep. You will refurbish apartments before occupancy and perform basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, along with general handyman tasks.

You will also handle grounds maintenance, maintain preventive maintenance records, and coordinate with coworkers and vendors while providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• Must have at least two years related experience.
• High School education or equivalent required.
• Training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliances is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.

Responsabilidades

Rosewood Park Apartments looking for a qualified full time Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician maintains the day-to-day operations and is responsible for maintaining the property.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Refurbishing of apartments prior to occupancy
• Performing basic electrical, plumping, appliance repairs, and general handyman
• skills.
• Grounds maintenance
• Keeping accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders,
• inspections and inventories
• Positive interaction with coworkers, and vendors

Required Skills

• Must be able to take on-call duties
• Have own tools
• Reliable transportation
• High School Education or equivalent
• Training in some or all of these areas a plus: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Minimum two years related experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of A/C Heating
• Plumbing, Installation of plumbing fixtures
• Light electrical repairs

This is a full time position with benefits, and paid vacation
