Job summary

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to keep our apartments in excellent condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. You will also supervise the maintenance staff and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise make-ready technicians, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Maintain the visual appeal and operational integrity of grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Work Schedule
