Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent condition and to support the Property Manager. You will supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety, quality, and timely operations on multi-site properties.

The role requires at least 2 years of property maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and availability for on-call emergencies 24/7. A valid driver’s license is required.

Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sparks, NV to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will also supervise the maintenance staff.

A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:

• Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Qualifications

• Ability to be available for "on-call" emergencies 24/7
