MG Properties’ Lakeridge Living in Reno, NV is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance across trades, service requests, and general upkeep of the community.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work on-call; duties include painting, appliance work, turnovers and responding to emergencies on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and related trades.
• Customer service orientation; flexible and team-focused.
• Audio recording may occur during work duties.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and turnover apartments as needed.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Lakeridge Living in Reno, NV!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
