Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for Filling (Days) to perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on process equipment up to a Class 100 aseptic environment.

You will troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs and SCADA, interpret diagrams, perform line turnarounds, train operators, support changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement while complying with cGMP, SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Familiar with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and CMMS systems.
• Ability to read diagrams and follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency, repair, changeover and preventative maintenance on process equipment.
• Troubleshoot automation systems and interpret PLC code and diagrams.
• Train operators on setup and minor repairs; assist in equipment upgrades.
• Maintain cGMP documentation and participate in 5S and safety activities.
