Resilience in West Chester, OH, seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician IV (Days) to lead and perform corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance on process equipment in a cGMP environment, including setup/changeover support for aseptic areas up to Class 100.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, train technicians, drive continuous improvement projects, manage documentation in the work order system, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Formación

• Significant experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Proficient with CMMS like Maximo or SAP; able to document activities clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers and inspections of process equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per SOPs in a timely manner.
• Train operators and technicians on equipment setup and repairs.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per site SOPs.
• Maintain GMP/compliance documentation and records.
