Job summary

Resilience in West Chester, OH, seeks a Maintenance Technician IV for the night shift to sustain automated process equipment in a GMP environment.

You will perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, install new equipment, support changeovers, train operators, and ensure accurate work orders and batch records. The role requires mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reading schematics, using CMMS data, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automated process equipment in a GMP environment.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
• Familiarity with CNC environments, gowning, environmental monitoring, and cleanroom behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repair, rebuilding, changeovers, and inspection work on process-related equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance through data in the CMMS and ensure timely maintenance.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per site SOPs; complete 5S and housekeeping tasks.
• Provide training to operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
