Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Technician III for our Avon, IN facility. You will inspect, monitor and maintain the distribution center equipment and building systems, performing major mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.

The role requires hands-on experience with PLC logic, MHE, HVAC, and ongoing preventive maintenance; OSHA rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures familiarity is expected. A relevant degree or substantial experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree preferred; 2 years maintenance in facilities/distribution/manufacturing or 4 years experience.
6+ months PLC logic experience including uploading/downloading PLCs and related electronics.
Lock-out/Tag-out procedures exposure and OSHA regulations experience.
Welding/fabrication experience welcomed; certifications preferred (CFM, Electrical, HVAC, forklift).
Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and repair experience.

Responsibilities

Inspect, monitor and maintain facility structure and equipment.
Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on warehousing equipment.
Complete preventive maintenance on MHE conveyors and HVAC systems.
Document repairs, maintenance tasks and compliance with safety policies.
