Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The role focuses on inspecting, monitoring, and maintaining facility systems and warehousing equipment, with emphasis on mechanical and electrical repairs under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring PLC and automated process control experience, knowledge of MHE, HVAC systems, and safety practices including Lock-out/Tag-out. Competitive hourly pay and shift differential may apply.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with PLC logic principles and related control software.
• Associates Degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology (preferred) AND 2 years of maintenance experience OR 4 years of maintenance experience.
• Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience.
• Experience with Lock-out/Tag-out, fall protection and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor and maintain the facility structure and equipment.
• Perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs on standard warehousing equipment.
• Coordinate with service providers, inspectors and asset managers for building performance.
