Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Technician III at its Avon, IN facility to inspect, monitor and maintain the warehouse building, equipment and grounds, and perform major mechanical and advanced electrical repairs under the Facilities Manager.

The role collaborates with local service providers, inspectors and other technicians to ensure reliable building and equipment performance. Requires hands-on maintenance expertise and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 months PLC logic experience and related control systems knowledge.
• Associate degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology plus 2 years in relevant field, or 4 years in similar environment.
• Automated Process Control or MHE maintenance experience.
• Lock-out/Tag-out and OSHA regulation experience.
• Extensive mechanical and/or electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Welding and/or fabrication experience.
• CFM, Electrical, HVAC, lift truck certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on MHE, conveyors, and HVAC systems.
• Document repairs and adjustments for equipment and facilities.
• Conduct complex mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades.
• Complete OSHA/state training related to maintenance and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety policies and report violations; maintain flexible schedule including shifts/overtime.
