Job summary

Sephora operates a Las Vegas distribution facility seeking a Maintenance Technician III to inspect, service and repair building systems and material handling equipment. You will work with service providers and internal teams to maintain performance and safety while fulfilling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and documenting all activities per regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical work and adherence to OSHA standards to keep the DC running

Qualifications

• Assists in Preventive Maintenance on motorized handling equipment and HVAC systems.
• Performs complex mechanical and electrical repairs and upgrades.
• Documents repairs and adjustments and ensures safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete Preventive Maintenance tasks on motorized material handling equipment, (MHE) conveyor belts and building HVAC systems.
• Assess, perform, and properly document necessary equipment and facility repairs and adjustments.
• Competently complete complex mechanical and electrical equipment and facility repairs and upgrades.
• Conduct required OSHA and state-mandated training pertaining to maintenance and sanitation activities.
• Comply with all safety laws and company safety policies; report violations to management.
• Maintain flexible work schedule and adhere to shift/overtime as needed.
