Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Avon, Indiana to perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities. This entry-level role includes supporting the Maintenance/Facilities Manager and assisting with building grounds as needed.

You will handle preventive maintenance on warehousing equipment, operate standard tools, and document repairs. The position requires safety compliance, teamwork, and flexibility to work overtime when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• Background in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and upgrades in plumbing, painting and basic facility upkeep.
• Perform preventive maintenance on motorized handling equipment.
• Check and maintain batteries for powered industrial trucks.
• Document repairs and adjustments.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of company events.
• Follow safety policies and report violations.
• Work overtime as needed.
